Notes
- Rates are in U.S. dollars and do not include tax
- Maximum amount of adults including children staying at villa: 13
- Minimum of 3 nights. Ask for a rate if less than one week
- Christmas and New Year, 7 nights minimum
- Ask for a discounted rate when using only 3 or 4 bedrooms
- US$300 security deposit in cash required on check-in
- Check-in time: 3 pm
- Check-out time: 10:30 am
- One time fee for up to 6 day guests: $300 dollars
- Ask for rates for special events up to 50 persons
- No maid service on Sundays
- Covered garage for 3 cars
